Why Have A Member’s Only Section?

The idea behind having a “Members Only” section on this web site is so that confirmed, current members of the Numurkah Toy Library Inc. can have easy access to information about our organisation.

For example, past minutes from most General Meetings and Annual General meetings, as well as past President, Treasurer & Secretary’s reports have been uploaded and are here for you to review whenever you wish.

The site also allows for document storage. For example, the Treasurer has the ability to scan then upload our bank statements onto the web site. This can make it easier for the Office Bearers to communicate with each other, as they will all have the same access to view these files.

Hopefully, this will help the “hand over” process from the outgoing Office Bearers to the new Office Bearers each March after our AGM, as all the past years financials, reports, community grant applications, members lists and any other relevant information is all located in the one place.

How Do I Access The Member’s Section Of This Web Site?

To access the members section of this web site, you must be a current financial member of Numurkah Toy Library Inc.. Please request access via e-mail to info@numurkahtoylibrary.com where the President, Secretary or Treasurer will confirm your membership status and provide you with a “User Name” and “Password”.

Once logged in, you will be able to view all information on the Numurkah Toy Library web site. Just look for the new tab titled “Member’s Page” located between the “Membership” and “Links” tabs.
